An Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) program that uses both in-person group sessions led by clinical social workers and self-paced, personalized online sessions completed at home, to teach acceptance and mindfulness strategies, together with commitment and behavior change strategies, with the goal of increasing psychological flexibility.
